This website is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. Simply viewing the website does not require an account and the website itself does not store a patient profile.

Your browser may remember your language preference. This site does not use analytics cookies.

Appointment information

When online booking is enabled, the appointment form may ask for your name, phone number, email address, appointment type, and limited scheduling information. Do not enter detailed medical history, reports, identification documents, or urgent health information unless a secure process has been specifically provided to you.

Appointment scheduling may be provided through Cal.com. Online consultation invitations may use Google Calendar and Google Meet. Information entered into those services is processed under their own privacy terms as well as the clinical practice's obligations.

Phone, WhatsApp and email

If you contact the displayed phone number, WhatsApp account, or email address, the relevant communications provider will process that communication. Ordinary messaging and email may not be appropriate for sensitive medical information. Use them for basic scheduling unless Dr. Santosh has instructed you otherwise.

Clinical records and consent

An appointment request is not itself a medical consultation. If a telemedicine consultation proceeds, identity, location, consent, relevant history, advice and follow-up information may need to be documented in accordance with applicable Nepal Medical Council guidance and Nepal law.

Sharing and retention

Information should only be used for appointment administration and appropriate patient care. It may be shared with the scheduling or communication services required to provide those functions, or when required by law. Clinical information should be retained only as required for safe care and applicable professional obligations.

Your choices

You may choose to arrange a clinic appointment by phone instead of using an online booking service. You may also ask what information is held about your appointment and request correction of inaccurate contact details, subject to clinical-record and legal requirements.
